Morning Anouncmet Host Next Year?
ever since ninth grade i always wanted to be the host to the morning. so today in class i got my first taste of what it would be like….i was terrible. i thought i would just have to speak and keep a show joing but in actuality the host has to be able to read hand signs without actually looking at them and be smooth about it. i know once i practice i can be ok at it but i felt like a complete dork. i also have to get use to it because i have to act for the other two groups in the class and and then directo for my group becasue i was nominated by my group, unanimous vote. i think i can do it i just hope lemos the people around me can coach me.

Post-Production Journal
this past month has been a real learning experience. Even though my group cut it very close to the bone, I feel accomplished. I feel that i finally had a small droplet of a taste of what the film industry is all about. Making a film is truly a team effort, everyone has to be where they need to be at precisely the right time. when one of the team isn't doing there job, it is reflected in work of others. I feel very lucky to have the crew I have. for the most part my crew was a reliable bunch, but like all humans each of us had certain strengths and weaknesses. i feel one more week of work would really give the shine i would like to have on this project. i did not really get a chance to sit with the completed movie and just go over the sound. I had to work it in when i could, but i prioritized the key components that would best contribute to the story. I feel that that with this reality check, practice will make perfect.

Production Jornal
my role in my group project is to produce post production sound. I have to create foley sounds, ADR, voice overs. so far the only preparations i have done are finding potential sounds i can input to the finished product for example bird sounds, dogs barking, cars passing by, students talking. I haven really been able to help with production, however i have arrived to a few shoots but only as an advisor. so far I feel pretty confident in my ability to provide a great finished product. my directors have a good story and so far, sounds like the DP has terrific shot that i can work with. The production sound should get some great stuff and i should be able to create good sounds with my partner. I'm hoping that the movie looks good before i get is so i can just capitalize on it. I know that sound is really what pulls the story together and i feel up to the challenge.

Pros and Cons
I recently have been writing and re-writing story after story, and i have just come to realize that writing is both a powerful tool in the art of film making but also the foundation of a film. I have found that the most difficult of writing a story is keeping up with it. I recently have been working on noir based story that is getting harder and harder to write because every action must have a personal motive nothing can be left to chance, then on top of that there has to be a twist ending. many of my ideas come at night so this make it difficult to find time to write it down, especially if it is in the middle of the night when computer is off and i am just too lazy to get out of bed and write it down. most of the time i am very tempted to recycle stories or to just base it off a completely improbable situation, but thats why only handfuls of people are remembered in their eras as great writers, because only a hand-full of people per era can write something revolutionary. recently i have been drawing many blanks out of my head and it is frustrating but the only thing i know for sure is that i am learning from this and i can only get better.

And The Award for Best Supporting Actor Goes to..
Many of the nominees for this years "Best Supporting Actor" Award have gone to many Actors of the films that I have not had the pleasure of whatching…yet. As I looked Through the list of films and actors, I found that the only film on that list that I have seen is "Silver Linings Playbook" where Robert De Niro was nominated for best supporting actor.
This film in gereral is a twisted ball of emotion, but demonstrated realistic problems and solutions, whitch made it one of the best films of 2012. Robert De Niro's roll in the film was one of a old, hard headed, american father, who's life revolves around sports, but mostly football. Because of his strong belife in superstition it has become a family trend torevlove their plans around football.
I feel that Robert De Niro was nominated for his simplicity and his characters nobility, he always kept a stright face and spoke as an experienced man instead of just reciding his lines, but in the film he is persuaded in a way the forces his character to completely change his opinion of another character, that was probably a key moment because this show the characters ability to understand and welcome new ideas, aslong as evidenceis provided. this character is a needed component in the evolution of the main character, therefore he was nominated for the award. As a viewer I agree with the nomination but I do not have faith he will win because even though he was a needed character in the way this story was told but the film could have achived the same goals with out him, i belive the award winner will be an actor that had a more radical role that drives the story in a stronger way.
